My father who has early stage dementia had a sudden down turn. The support by the GP and the support staff including receptionists to help at this stressful time was much appreciated . Thank you for going the extra mile.

I telephoned the surgery at 1445 on Monday 12 March 2018 and was offered an appointment at 1540 on the same day. The consultation with Dr Miller resulted in my referral for physiotherapy. The letter arrived on Wednesday informing me how this would take place.

I found a lump on Sunday, and phoned for an appointment on Monday 8am. I had an appointment at 9am the same day and a referral. It's a truly amazing service and I'm very grateful.
